How could I add a volume to existing qbittorrent container?

I have a new disk that I wish adding to my existing qbittorent container.
I found a solution here by making the container a new image and start from the new one.
But the torrents and settings are not preserved as expected.
What is the best way to do if I wish to add new paths to my container?

mounting config path solved this problem
