Allowing user to create custom-cont-init.d folders instead of default

Hi,

Rox already answered the question that it’s not possible to remove the folders from the config after container starts but seem like there is a reason for creating these two folders. Is it not possible to give option to user to create these folders as most of images doesn’t require custom? I thought I should check if I can prevent container creating these folders.

No, the reason they are created is the same as them being owned by root.
