How to hide the normally hidden folders @eadir from showing up in Nextcloud?

Hi,
I have installed docker Nextcloud on my Synology NAS and it is working great so far with the exception that I see the normally hidden @eadir folders everywhere.

These folders are created by macOS when connected through smb or Apple’s afp file system.

So I was wondering if you guys could configure something to keep these folders also hidden in Nextcloud.

Also, I would highly advise not to access your nextcloud data via SMB or AFP, Nextcloud isn’t designed this way.

I’m not accessing my shared folders through SMB or AFP. I’ve mounted the shared folders and accessing them via external storages (Local)
