I have 3 containers using the linuxserver/mods:universal-cloudflared mod and all stopped working when updating today. An example from the logs of one:

[custom-init] No custom files found, skipping...
"cloudflared tunnel run" requires the ID or name of the tunnel to run as the last command line argument or in the configuration file.
