After latest update qBitorrent adds new files from folder only on startup, and does not rename them to .tmp as it used to do, but deletes them.
I suspect some write permission problem

.torrent files are moved to active / completed folders without a problem
i am running :latest tag on armhf machine (Raspberry Pi)
