Paperless-ngx: add spanish language to OCR

First of all, thanks for your awesome job.

I’m using paperless-ngx and it comes with only English language for ocr.

There are the instructions to install new languages to OCRmyPDF which is the addon that do the ocr in paperless: Installing additional language packs — ocrmypdf 13.4.1.post1+g04996caa documentation
