Plex Live TV Errors in Linux Docker

Starting with a update to Plex-LS223, I am getting Live TV errors.

“Playback Error This live TV session has ended”

" Playback Error An error occurred trying to play this item. Error code: s4002 (Manifest)"

Playback of Other Items works correctly. System is Rocky Linux 9.4 running podman

From a quick google, this seems less of a container issue, more an issue with plex itself. Some posts suggests it could be file formats.
