Paperless makes their own docker, but it’s a pain to get going and requires compose: https://hub.docker.com/r/thepaperlessproject/paperless
It would be great to have a linuxserver package with the ease of use that linuxserver is known for and easy configuration via variables instead of having to figure out how to use compose or do a hack job on servers that don’t support compose (i.e. unraid).
